Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Devssist Innovations (“Devssist”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover the work we do for clients under a separate agreement; how data is handled in a client project is set out in that project’s contract.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of help you need, your project description and, if you provide them, your budget and timeline.
• Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.

Our hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
• prepare a proposal if you ask for one;
• keep a record of our conversations with you.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own host, so loading a page does not send your details to third-party font services.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business:

• Netlify hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
• Email providers we use to receive and reply to messages.
• Calendly, if you choose to book a call. Booking takes place on Calendly’s site and is covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy.

These providers may store data in other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If we start working together, we keep them as part of our business records. Otherwise, we delete them when they are no longer useful, and in any case within two years. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local data protection law. To make a request, emailhiba@devssist.tech. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to inquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through the contact form.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
